This week, instead of doing Artists to Know, we decided to switch it up and profile a notable artist who has something new in the works. Maybach Music’s Torch has enjoyed a solid year this year and he is working more on his Specialyst Ent. company and establishing them. Last month, Torch briefly spoke on this with Hip Hop Vibe.
Back in September, Torch also hosted Concrete Jungle 5, which was presented by yours truly along with DJ Flatline, DJ Hood, and DJ Grady. Hosting mixtapes was only part of what Torch has in store this year. He is now putting out a compilation tape to introduce the world to Specialyst Ent.
Da Bronx Zoo is the name of the new mixtape and Torch plans to release the new project this week. Wednesday is the date Torch intends to hit the world with his latest mixtape. Before releasing the mixtape, Torch released to Instagram the official cover of the tape.
