In 2019, Toosii, aka Toosii2x, began a rise to fame, which would see him become one of 2020’s biggest artists. The rapper, who hails from Raleigh, has since become a household name. His music is always in demand.
During this pandemic, Toosii is among the artists blessed enough to still get booked for shows. In doing this, Toosii has traveled, at a time when it’s advised to only travel when its essential. Even worse, this means traveling to states with few restrictions.
Toosii, this afternoon, took to Instagram and Twitter to reveal that he “tested positive,” after giving his symptoms. He all but said he has COVID-19, later tweeting, to tell people to stay safe. While some offered well-wishes, the fans on Twitter held nothing back, blasting him, accusing him of not following safety protocols, being around people not wearing masks, and traveling to Florida.
