Days like these make the internet impossible to not love. Sometimes, words and phrases trend on Twitter for no absolute reason. Certain phrases are directly associated with hip hop, however, such as most of last night’s trends.
This year, Future continued his amazing run from 2015, by aligning himself more with DJ Khaled, as he joined him at Epic Records. His alignment with Khaled landed him the hook on “I Got The Keys,” where the verses were handled by Jay Z. That’s a comeup.
While Future is receiving the opportunity from Jay Z, he gave a big opportunity to Lil Uzi Vert, the game’s rising star. On his mixtape release from earlier this year, Future featured him on “Too Much Sauce,” a notable track. Tonight, when #TooMuchSauce began trending, fans expected the music video, but it appears it’s trending for no reason, at all.
