The Weeknd Purchases $70 Million Bel-Air Home [PHOTOS]

The Weeknd has definitely been one of the most dominant artists in the world again, over these past two years. Among his impressive milestones have been racking up two number one hit singles in “Heartless” and “Blinding Lights,” and a number one album in “After Hours.” Blinding Lights is also currently the longest-charting song in Billboard Hot 100 history.

The Canadian superstar is definitely reaping the benefits of his hard work and success as well, as he recently bought a $70 million Bel-Air mansion, according to TMZ. Rayni and Branden Williams of the Beverly Hills Estates helped Weeknd get this purchase done, as this property is a 33,000-square-foot home. This was also previously owned by Dutch media mogul, Reinout Oerlemans and his wife, Danielle, per the Wall Street Journal.

Some of the key amenities in this mansion include nine bedrooms, spa area, indoor and outdoor pools, sports court and a recording studio. Weeknd also has a nearby $25 million penthouse, in Beverly Hills.
