In such a short span of time, The Notorious B.I.G. managed to change the world in major ways. For most people, it all began when B.I.G. said the words, “it was all a dream.” Describing what Life After Death has been for B.I.G. shows that his dreams came true.

What’s sad is that The Notorious B.I.G. never lived to see how big his impact became. The city of Brooklyn has united behind their slain star, naming a street after him. If that wasn’t enough, he now has basketball courts named in his honor.

Several Brooklyn leaders came together with B.I.G.’s daughter, T’yanna Wallace, Lil’ Cease, and Jan Jackson. Together, they honored Biggie with a ceremony celebrating his life. With that, they also named the basketball courts on the Crispus Attucks Playground the Christopher “Biggie” Wallace Courts.
