In this exchange, Terry Crews said he didn't grow up fearing the KKK, but he grew up fearing black people who thought he was "acting white."In the wake of the George Floyd murder, and Minneapolis riots, social media has been ready to cancel Terry Crews. His comments have many believing he is siding with the opposition. Many people feel now is not the time for the “both sides” argument.

Terry Crews, though, is not backing down, insisting that he is speaking his truths. The fact that Terry Crews keeps speaking is what has some angered. In the wake of Nick Cannon’s firing, Terry Crews’ comments came down on the veteran MTV host, sparking controversy.

When Terry Crews called Nick Cannon out, he got called out, himself, by @MikeRoberts422, on Twitter. This man said that Crews is going hard against Nick Cannon, but will have no black people on his side, once he falls. Never one to back down, Terry Crews told the man that he never feared the KKK, growing up, but he instead feared people like him, insulting him saying he was “acting white.”
