Tekashi 6ix9ine is scheduled to be released from house arrest at the beginning of August and is already making some major moves. He is getting ready to release a new album and will be performing the 12 songs from it on September 5 at 8pm ET virtually on GlobalStreamNow, according to TMZ.

6ix9ine will be paid a whopping $5 million for this performance as well. Interaction with fans will also be included in this show. As of now, the Brooklyn rapper will not be revealing any times of the tracks or album title for now.

6ix9ine was originally released from prison early in April due to coronavirus concerns. In May he released his first single which was “GOOBA” as it debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. He believed that he was cheated out of the No.1 spot as he accused Billboard of blackballing him and Justin Bieber and Ariande Grande of paying for streams with six credit cards. He then put out his “TROLLZ” collab single with Nicki Minaj in June and finally got his first No. 1 record, as well as Minaj. At the beginning of July, he released his spanish record, “Yaya.

As part of 6ix9ine’s $10 million record deal with 10k Projects that he signed in October, he must record both an English and Spanish album. He has received much criticism for snitching against the Nine Trey Bloods in court last September which paid off in getting time served for a two-year sentence but surprisingly, people still stream his music heavily and that has resulted in a $5 million virtual concert. He has also deactivated his Instagram feed for now in preparation for his freedom.
