TDott Woo shot and killed after signing record deal
There hasn’t been this much energy surrounding NYC rappers since 2016. Right now, New York is filled with talented rising artists. To start a new year, there is a lot of promise, but this promise is being stifled. TDott Woo was one of the most-promising rappers in the game.
New York City has already lost Pop Smoke, who was a talented rapper, and a burgeoning actor. But, Fivio Foreign has stepped up, rising to stardom. A couple of years ago, TDott Woo was co-signed by them both. TDott Woo was set to become 2022’s breakout artist.
Almost exactly two years after Pop Smoke died, TDott Woo has been shot and killed. Sadly, TDott Woo just signed a deal with Million Dollar Music, which was going to distribute his music. Instead of a celebration, those close to TDott Woo are now preparing for the funeral. His death comes just days after another NYC rapper was shot and he’s current in critical condition. The violence needs to stop, as condolences go out to TDott Woo’s loved ones. Furthermore, the media needs to do a better job of reporting on these rappers’ lives as we do their deaths.
