Nobody is safe from the “cancel culture,” not even Taraji P. Henson, who has taken over the culture. The eyeroll she gave Ryan Seacrest, when he asked her about Nicki and Cardi was an instant classic. Now, this meme is being used against her.
Taraji P. Henson is a veteran actress, but didn’t begin getting her props until the 2010s. She made her name doing the Tyler Perry movies, opening the door for “Empire.” That show has made her a household name and everybody’s favorite.
However, Taraji P. Henson spoke on the #MuteRKelly movement, for the first time, and caught backlash. The fans have been all over R. Kelly, after the “Surviving R. Kelly” documentary. But, Taraji P. Henson got on Twitter’s bad side, when she questioned where this energy was for Harvey Weinstein.
