A trip to Miami is what many feel they need, especially at the close of a long week. The wealthy and the famous often travel there to take a load. Recently, T.I. traveled down to Miami. During his time in the most-famous city of the Sunshine State, T.I. spoke with Peter Bailey for NBC’s “Nitecap.”

Until T.I. began starring in VH1’s “The Family Hustle,” many did not know of the softer side of the Atlanta rapper. During his interview with NBC, T.I. spoke on this and the other misconceptions of fame. On the outside looking in, all the fans see are the positives and not the difficulties.

In 2008, T.I. played a major role in campaigning for Barack Obama in Georgia. Many rappers stepped up to the plate for Barack Obama. Exactly a month ago, President Obama was elected to a second term. Peter Bailey spoke to T.I. about both the re-election of President Obama and working with Kelsey Grammer. Since 2011, T.I. has been starring opposite of Grammer on Starz’ “Boss.”
