For eleven consistent years, T.I. has been right there in the top ten on almost everybody’s list. This type of consistency is hard to make happen. However, T.I. is one of the modern era rappers who managed to make it a reality. He continued his run with the release of his new album, Paperwork.
T.I. debuted back in 2001, but faced setbacks that kept him from truly making his mark until 2003. His new album, Paperwork, places him with his ninth studio album, but this is only his second album to not be released by Atlantic Records. Instead, T.I. did a one-off deal with Columbia Records for this album.
When he’s not holding it down over at Hot 97, Peter Rosenberg does some hosting with Complex. T.I. recently made an appearance on Peter Rosenberg’s show over there. He talked to him about Paperwork and his work with Iggy Azalea and Young Thug over the past year and some change.
