One of the more interesting rappers in the game is T.I., who rose from the Atlanta streets to become the biggest rapper in the game by 2008. T.I.’s rise coincided with his prison sentence, forcing him to go out on top. A promise made by T.I. to the fans was that he would return, triumphantly, which he attempted to before going to prison again.

Apologizing to his fans, T.I. missed another year and took it upon himself to right the wrong he did to his family. As far as hip hop goes, many media outlets had already outlined the obituary for T.I.’s career. But, T.I. came back from the dead, remixing every song in sight and releasing his Fuck Da City Up mixtape.

Last month, T.I. completed his comeback with Trouble Man: Heavy is the Head. One of the best albums of the year, T.I. turned heads. In the New Year, T.I. has been rather silent after his album, with the exception of his television shows. But, T.I. broke this silence when he spoke to Emilio Sparks for Al Lindstrom about his comeback.
