Summer Walker has been enjoying motherhood this year, all while recording new music. She’s been back in the studio lately and this evening, the R&B star just previewed a new track that she has in the stash.
Summer posted a video of herself relaxing to the song, as her caption was “Comment 💔 if you ready to smoke, cry, and sing lol.” Back in December, she also posted a photo of herself in the studio, in a booth, where she let fans know that she began working on her second album.
Summer’s last project came in July 2020, with her “Life On Earth” EP. That featured fan-favorites such as “White Tee” feat. her artist NO1-Noah, and “My Affection” feat. PartyNextDoor. Her debut album, “Over It,” arrived in October 2019, and saw a number two US debut. It is now 2x platinum, as it was led by hit singles such as “Girls Need Love” remix feat. Drake and “Come Thru” feat. Usher.
