Last week’s episode of “Empire” was quite the thriller. Despite all he’s done, people still underestimate the lengths Lucious (Terrence Howard) will go to in order to protect his company. Lucious’ mission is to regain control of his company and break Hakeem (Bryshere “Yazz” Gray).
Hakeem conspired with Camilla (Naomi Campbell) and Mimi (Marisa Tomei) to take Empire from Lucious. While they won the battle, they lost the war, as Lucious wanted all three dead. Last week, two of the three died without Lucious lifting a finger.
Coming into this week’s “Empire,” Lucious is now back at odds with Jamal (Jussie Smollett), who revealed Dwight Walker is his real name. Now, he and Cookie (Taraji P. Henson) are back working together, and possibly more. Meanwhile, Lucious isn’t done ruining Hakeem yet for his part in taking Empire.
