Kanye West has been buzzing on social media over the last few days, due to his “Donda” album finally being released. It’s heading towards becoming the number one album in the US, with a projection of 300,000 units sold in its first week. Donda’s also set various opening day streaming records.
Soulja Boy has also since been calling out Kanye, after supposedly being left off the “Remote Control” song. That went on to feature Young Thug. Soulja ended up throwing a tantrum on Twitter, where he bashed Ye for the Kim Kardashian divorce.
Now, Soulja is changing his energy, when it comes to potentially working with Ye. He recently spoke with TMZ, and explained how he wanted to let his fans know what was going on, and Ye shouldn’t blame Universal for the album being out, and leaving Soulja off.
“I ain’t trippin like that, you know what I’m sayin?” said Soulja. “It was more explaining it to my fans so they not in the dark about the situation. As far as making music, I’m always open to create. It ain’t nothing like that where I’ll never work with Kanye again.”
Why didn’t he say that before the album came out? You waited until I expressed myself on social media and made an excuse. You know Kanye West ain’t going to let anybody release his album without his permission. Just say you fucked up, you left Big Draco off the album, don’t blame it off the label.”
Soulja went on to emphasize that Kanye could’ve just called him, to talk about the situation. This all came after Soulja leaked alleged text messages between the two, where they discussed the Remote Control collab.
