Nine years ago, Soulja Boy had enough vision to build a fortune in rap via the internet. After “Crank Dat” became a success, Soulja Boy never looked back. Since then, he has pulled off a series of business deals that have amassed him a fortune.
Before “Love & Hip Hop Hollywood” debuted, in 2014, a list of the richest people on the show came out. Coming in at $25 million as his net worth, Soulja Boy is the richest person in “Love & Hip Hop’s” entire history. But, that soon may no longer be the case.
Earlier this afternoon, a tweet Soulja Boy put out, yesterday, began to circulate on Instagram. In this tweet, Soulja Boy said he was quitting “Love & Hip Hop Hollywood,” because it’s too ratchet. Replacing this, Soulja Boy said he has his own show in the works, likely another VH1 series.
