Finally, Solange is getting the mainstream success she has deserved for so long. It is a borderline shame that her biggest claim to fame, until the release of A Seat At The Table was her Jay Z elevator fight. But, now the world recognizes her as a talent in her own right.

Anyone who heard A Seat At The Table knew just how good this album was. At a time when most of the music out is overrated and “classic” is thrown around often, Solange made a classic. If anything, her music remains underrated.

However, the Grammys have been paying attention and “Cranes In The Sky” is up for an award. Solange has been nominated for Best R&B Performance with the “Cranes In The Sky” record. Her fans are on Twitter celebrating this, but they feel the entire album should be dominated.
