Social Media is Canceling Tokyo Jetz After She Made Joke To Friend About Doing a “George Floyd” To Him; Issues Apology [VIDEO]

Protestors around America continue to seek justice for George Floyd, as this makes one week since the unarmed black man in Minneapolis was killed by former police officer, Derek Chauvin and two other officers. Celebrities are starting to use their platforms to address this horrific injustice but many are failing to say the right things. The latest one was Grand Hustle rapper, Tokyo Jetz.

Jetz posted a video to her Instagram jokingly saying to a friend “I’ma George Floyd your muthaf*ckin’ ass.” She has since posted a video to her Instagram apologizing while at the same time, not asking for sympathy on her comment.

”First and for most I want to just apologize to family, to people on the frontlines, to people who actually stand up for us. I don’t want anybody to take nothing I am saying as an excuse.”
