Sadly, Shawty Lo’s biggest media attention since his 2008 debut was not due to any new music. Unfortunately, Shawty Lo reverted to being mostly a popular rapper only in Atlanta, following his run. Even sadder is his death bringing him back to the spotlight.
Shawty Lo, just days after his father died, ended up getting into a fatal car accident. While it was sad that Shawty Lo died, it seemed fitting he died in front of his favorite strip club, as some form of symbolism. The news stories of this week have led to some pause, though.
Yesterday, news broke of Shawty Lo having some pills in his system. As if that wasn’t bad enough, now there is a new story about the women who were in the car with him. It is now being said that the women in the car with him would steal most of his money, leaving him with $16 in his pocket.
