Snoop Dogg says he fainted after seeing 2Pac at hospital in Las Vegas
2Pac is regarded worldwide, as one of the greatest rappers of all-time. 2022 marks 26 years, since he was shot and killed, in Las Vegas. 2Pac’s death went down after a brawl, following a Mike Tyson vs Bruce Seldon boxing match, at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. 2Pac punched a notable Los Angeles Crip, Orlando Anderson, after Anderson reportedly stole a Death Row Records associate’s chain.
Pac ended up being shot while at a red light, with Suge Knight. Many believe that the shooter was associated with Anderson, and wanted retaliation.
Snoop Dogg was also signed to Death Row at the time, but had some tension with 2Pac, during that weekend. Snoop didn’t come to Vegas, after 2Pac was frustrated about showing love to Bad Boy Records.
Snoop recently appared on the “imPAULsive” podcast with Logan Paul, and detailed coming to Vegas, after 2Pac was shot. Suge Knight emphasized that Pac would make it, but when Snoop saw his condition at the hospital, he fainted. 2Pac’s mother soon spoke to Snoop, and wanted him to stay strong.
“He got tubes in him and it’s like, when I walked in, I could just feel like he wasn’t even there, and I fainted. Then, his [mother Afeni Shakur] got me up and walked me in the bathroom and had a conversation with me about being strong. She was like, ‘My baby ain’t never seen you weak. I don’t want you to be weak in front of him. You go in the bathroom and fix yourself up and you go back in there and you talk to him and you tell him how you feel.”
