Two of the biggest mixtape stars in the game are Skyzoo and Torae, who both hail from Brooklyn. Just in time to start the summer, Skyzoo and Torae delivered their project, Barrel Brothers, which is the title of their duo/group. With the project out, the two are out talking about it.
Back in December, Hip Hop Vibe’s DJ Louie Styles talked to Skyzoo at Barclays Center in Brooklyn. At the time, Skyzoo had released An Ode To Reasonable Doubt, a tribute to Jay-Z. He explained to Hip Hop Vibe why he chose to do a project tributing Jay-Z, who is one of hip hop’s most-controversial figures.
Skyzoo was with AllHipHop.com with Torae in his latest interview, however. In this interview, they spoke on their chemistry together when it comes down to the booth. They elaborated more on their creative process when they discussed their music in this interview.
