Close to a decade, fans waited for Shyne to come back to continue taking over the rap game. Before his untimely prison sentence, Shyne was one of the toughest emcees in the game. With Shyne, it looked like Bad Boy Records was finally going to recover from the blows left by The Notorious B.I.G.’s death and Mase retiring.
But, Shyne going to prison ended up being another blow to Bad Boy Records’ expansion. By the time Shyne was ready to complete his second album, he made it clear how much he hated Bad Boy Records. It was not until 2012 that Shyne buried the hatchet with Diddy, only to return to beefing with him.
Shyne primarily targets 50 Cent, Diddy, and Game (in recent years), as he now lives in Paris. But, ever since the Summer Jam footage of Slowbucks getting robbed, he has focused much of his attention on him. Several times, Shyne has dissed Slowbucks, but he went in on him on Instagram while sharing pics of him and Nas.
