It seems the momentum of hip hop is in Philadelphia, as Meek Mill has held the city down for five years. Now, other artists like PnB Rock and also Lil Uzi Vert have risen to prominence. Meanwhile, DJ Drama continues representing Philly, his hometown, and Atlanta.
Within the Philadelphia hip hop scene, SKE Records is also a major force. The label is best-known for popular CEO, Q The Question, and popular rapper, Trel Mack, fresh off his EP release. Now, the label is putting their focus on Shawn Archer.
To be fair, Shawn Archer is making things happen with his music connecting with the right people. His music has made onto several FM radio stations and the timing is perfect, with Swag & 808s right around the corner. With the project being fresh, he has his music on the radio.
