It was only right for there to be a Shaq and Kobe special, after there was the Shaq and Penny documentary, back in 2016. Definitely, those teams, with the Orlando Magic, were great squads. But, when Shaq teamed up with Kobe Bryant, he won championships.
After Shaq abruptly left the Orlando Magic, he signed with the Lakers, who also traded for Kobe Bryant. The Lakers didn’t do as well as expected, during the first O’Neal/Bryant year. Losing in the second round, following 56 wins, to Utah, it was over.
However, when the 2000s came, the Lakers won the first three championships. Along with that, came the iconic Kobe/Shaq feud, and a loss in the Finals, to the Pistons, before Shaq was traded to the Miami Heat. For the first time, Shaq and Kobe officially talked about everything, and Twitter is loving this.
