Former Bad Girls Club star Shannade Clermont has officially started her one-year prison sentence, per The Blast. This is after she spent $20,000 on a man’s credit card after an escort date. He went on to overdose on drugs and she spent the money after. She played no part in drugging him though.
Records state that Clermont is completing her sentence at FCI Dublin in Dublin, California. It’s classified as a low-security federal correctional institution that has 1,298 inmates. Clermont had plead guilty to one count of fraud as she was originally facing 20 years. Her original indictment had charges of three felonies which were wire fraud, access device fraud and identity theft.
Once Clermont gets out of prison, she will be required to have three years of supervised release as well as having to be in an outpatient treatment program. She would be tested for drugs and alcohol.
