Saweetie continues to be one of the most marketable artists, in the industry. In August, she received. her own McDonald’s meal, which was the “Saweetie Meal,” The Bay Area rapper also went on to receive her own Hidden Valley ranch Crocs shoes, in August. In October, Saweetie and Crocs also announced their partnership.
Now, Saweetie has even more moves coming, for her music career. On Tuesday, “Saturday Night Live” announced that she will be the musical guest, for the show, on November 20. Simu Liu will be the host of that SNL episode.
Saweetie has saw plenty of other success, musically, in 2021. In January, she released her “Best Friend” single, featuring Doja Cat. That peaked at number 14, on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, and is certified 2x platinum, in the US. In April, she went on to put out her “Pretty Summer Playlist: Season 1” EP.
Saweetie’s upcoming SNL appearance could also hint that her debut album, “Pretty B*tch Music,” may finally be arriving soon. There was speculation earlier this year, that it would be out in late June, but that didn’t end up happening.
