Since 2017, Saweetie has consistently dominated radio. But, since 2019, Saweetie also has dominated gossip headlines, due to dating Quavo. Like most celebrity couples, there were questions of whether they were dating, or not.

Eventually, Saweetie and Quavo went public, and then they took over Instagram timelines. Fans loved this couple, until they broke up. When Saweetie accused Quavo of cheating, his sister jumped into it, and fans came for her.

Saweetie did her interview, with Cosmopolitan, covering their April 2021 edition. Taking place just days after the breakup from Quavo, Saweetie spoke on her rise to fame. She discussed how she’s overcome the odds to become one of music’s current biggest names.
