The past few years have seen a transition in music that has led to the likes of Drake taking the game over. Such producers as Salaam Remi, however, have remained in control of the game. Many would remember the work Salaam did with Nas on Life Is Good.
Salaam Remi has decades in the game and has done work with many of the legends. His peers in the game include the likes of Timbaland and Pharrell. Outside of this, Salaam Remi has worked as an executive in the game.
Recently, Sway hosted Salaam Remi on “Sway In The Morning,” where he spoke on some of everything. Discussing his career in music, he spoke on working with Nas, Amy Winehouse, Jazmine Sullivan, Mack Wilds, and more. He also touched on the No Panty movement with Joell Ortiz, Bodega Bamz, and Nitty Scott, MC.
