The Wu-Tang Clan are one of hip hop’s most-revered hip hop collectives and it’s due to the work they have put in. RZA is the man who helped shape and guide the crew over the years. In addition to music, RZA is also heavy in the films, doing The Man With The Iron Fists in 2012 and now Brick Mansions.
This movie afforded RZA the chance to work with Paul Walker in what would become the final days of his life. Outside of his film work, RZA is putting together the new Wu-Tang Clan album, A Better Tomorrow. There is one Wu-Tang Clan member who will not be involved in this album and that’s Raekwon.
RZA has a lot going on and he is doing his interview rounds in order to inform everyone of his moves. Yesterday morning, Hot 97 got a chance to talk to RZA, with Ebro and Peter Rosenberg talking to him. He discussed Brick Mansions, Paul Walker, Raekwon’s comments, and the Wu-Tang Clan.
