Many music festivals have been implementing new COVID-19 protocols, where attendees must be fully vaccinated or have a negative COVID test. Now, Rolling Loud is following the same direction.
RL just posted a statement to social media, saying the states of New York and California have these mandates in place for concerts. The New York festival is scheduled for October, while the one in California is set for December.
NY’s venue will be held at Citi Field, in Queens, NYC. The California RL will be held at San Bernardino, at the NOS Event Center.
”In accordance with the state guidelines in New York and California, we will be requiring proof of either a Covid vaccination or a negative Covid test prior to entering our upcoming 2021 festivals. More info will be available on our website soon.”
Many believe this is a good mandate by California and New York, in preventing Covid cases at these festivals. At least live music with fans is back though, and here to stay.
