Two years ago, Robin Thicke was on top of the world. His single and album, Blurred Lines, was everywhere and he looked happier than ever with Paula Patton, his wife. But, soon Marvin Gaye’s family was filing a lawsuit over the song and Paula Patton separated from Robin Thicke.
The second situation prompted Robin Thicke to get right back in the studio to plead his woman’s forgiveness. He created the album, Paula, which was led by the single, “Get Her Back.” While the song was a moderate hit, but the album was a failure.
Robin Thicke tried as hard as he could to get Paula Patton back, but she has decided to move on. Giving up isn’t in Robin Thicke’s pedigree, as he is filing an appeal against Marvin Gaye’s family over the “Blurred Lines” royalties after fighting for Paula Patton. The latter of these situations ended up coming up short, as Robin Thicke and Paula Patton are officially divorced.
