Maybach Music had the focus of the rap game this past week. After playing his part as a role player in 2012, Wale jumped back into the spotlight with The Gifted. Starting the album off, Wale released his “Bad” single with Tiara Thomas, which has become a radio darling.
To go along with the album release, Wale released his “Love/Hate Thing” single, which features Sam Dew. The Gifted is going on a week since it has been in stores and the album is doing well, especially with the critics. Since the album is going strong, it is another success for Maybach Music.
Celebrating the album release of his artist, Rick Ross released a video to YouTube, speaking on the project. This album has been a long time coming for Wale, who has recorded the album since 2011. With the finished product out, Rick Ross had to give his review of it.
