The contributions of Rick Ross, and also Lil Wayne, have helped people not view Southern hip hop with a stigma. There is no one who doubts that Rick Ross can’t rap his a*s off, and he’s a Miami boy. In fact, he’s the reason Miami rap has endured for so long.
Even though Uncle Luke and 2 Live Crew first put in work, Trick Daddy had a legendary run. As Trick Daddy’s grip started to loosen, Rick Ross picked up the slack. Now, DJ Khaled is holding the baton, but it’s the biggest boss that’s in need, right now.
This morning, there were reports of Rick Ross being hospitalized. At the time, they were saying it was due to pneumonia, but now it’s looking much scarier. The latest TMZ report says that he’s hooked to a machine to stay alive, as his heart and lungs are connected, and Twitter is praying for Ricky Rozay.
