Rick Ross assaulted employee for throwing party at his mansion without authorization

Last month, Rick Ross got into trouble and was arrested when he pistol-whipped, kidnapped, and assaulted one of his employees. Held in jail until this week, Rick Ross was released under $2 million bail. Now, the motive behind Rick Ross hurting his employee is coming to light, as he beat the man for throwing a party at his house without his permission.
