After years of paying his dues, Rich The Kid had breakthrough success, in 2017, when “New Freezer” became a hit. Releasing his debut album, The World Is Yours, Rich The Kid offered “Plug Walk” as his next hit single. Since then, he’s become the album a year rapper.
Rich The Kid can normally be expected to drop his albums in March. In 2019, he released The World Is Yours 2, to much fanfare, and he followed that, in 2020, with Boss Man. Both albums were March releases and well-received.
Over the past year, there is one thing the world has had in common, and that’s living under the shadow of COVID-19. This virus has impacted everyone, in one way or another. Doing his part, Rich The Kid got tested, and he entertained his fans by sharing a comical video of him being tested, where the nurse warns him to not flinch.
