For whatever reason, Remy Ma has weird energy for Nicki Minaj, and that existed long before “SHEther.” Before that, the ladies were on good terms. Since then, Remy Ma has had positive things to say about Nicki, mainly due to her show with Joe Budden.

Remy Ma was, once, poised to inherit the female rap throne, but her prison stint threw that off. Once she returned, Nicki Minaj owned the game. In 2016, Remy disrupted that, but Cardi B was the one who broke through.

When she and Nicki Minaj had beef, Remy Ma did engage a few of her other rivals. Three years later, Remy admits Nicki was right about some of these ladies. On IG Live, with Fat Joe, Remy said “No Frauds,” the first Nicki response, got her son bullied at school, and then said she paved the way for female rappers, leading to the “Barbz” dragging her.
