May Reggie (Lance Gross) rest in peace, first off, and second, Irv Gotti deserves a round of applause. When Fetty Wap blew up, three years ago, few people saw Lance Gross as the leading male in “Trap Queen,” but Irv did. That, alone, plus it working, gives credence to his genius.

Lance Gross rose to fame, doing roles on Tyler Perry sitcoms and movies, where he often played the “good guy/goofball.” But, when he did When Love Kills, Lance Gross showed he could play a villain. With his role on “Trap Queen,” on “Tales,” he only furthered that growth.

As the star of “Trap Queen,” Lance Gross played opposite Michelle Mitchenor. Living up to the title, Reggie (Gross) was a dope boy, who got his girl to come in and do his bidding for her. His portrayal won over social media, instantly, but when his girl, Crystal (Mitchenor), had enough, love killed again and Reggie was gone.
