Every Monday, fans all over the world can get an exclusive close look at hip hop’s biggest radio station, Hot 97. After members of Hot 97 appeared on “The Gossip Game,” VH1 series about hip hop media, the network decided to revisit the concept. But, they returned with “This Is Hot 97,” an in-depth look at the station.
Hot 97 remains hip hop’s biggest radio station and “This Is Hot 97” has helped make household names out of Laura Stylez. This is in addition to the well-known figures, such as Funkmaster Flex, Angie Martinez, DJ Cipha Sounds, Miss Info, Peter Rosenberg, and Ebro. Last night, the whole crew was live, once again.
Maino appeared in last night’s episode, as DJ Cipha Sounds decided to pull a prank on Peter Rosenberg as he appeared. Another rap star appeared, in Macklemore, who is celebrating a birthday. Laura Stylez decided to put together a birthday celebration for the Seattle emcee.
