Ralo Will Not Be Allowed To Post Bond After Reportedly Using Code Words To Sell Drugs From Prison

From 2016-2018, Ralo was one of the hottest rising rappers in his hometown of Atlanta. He was known for his ‘Diary of The Streets‘ mixtape series and has worked with other stars such as Future, 21 Savage, Young Thug, and YFN Lucci. Things went crashing down in April 2018 though as he was arrested by the feds for having $1 million worth of marijuana on a private jet.

Ralo has been incarcerated since then but this past August, had the opportunity to post bond. The paperwork has been dragging on and now, the Famgoon rapper has run into a huge roadblock. According to VladTV, this bond is now revoked due to him selling drugs from prison.

U.S. District Judge Michael L. Brown stated that enough evidence was gathered to provide evidence that Ralo was using code words to make these transactions. Prosecutors added that they “presented evidence that (Ralo) had continued participating in the distribution of drugs following his arrest in this case and while in custody.”

Ralo’s baby mama also wrote notes that were part of the evidence. They read “Save up every dollar you receive from grandma” and “Keep count of all the kids at dad house an (sic) grandma house so you can know how much you got at all times.” Other code words were “food” and “Every ounce is 28 grams.”

“Those documents demonstrate Defendant Davis’s efforts to continue distributing narcotics after his arrest in this case,” Judge Brown added. “There simply can be no other conclusion from his efforts to establish pricing and distribution for ‘eight balls’ and ‘grams,’ his instruction against the use of ‘shake,’ and his warning to be wary of law enforcement ‘listening.’
