Pusha T’s “It’s Almost Dry” aiming for top spot on Billboard 200

Yesterday, Pusha T released his highly anticipated fourth studio album, “It’s Almost Dry.” This project was led by singles such as “Diet Coke,” “Hear Me Clearly,” and “Neck & Wrist,” featuring Jay Z and Pharrell Williams.

It’s Almost Dry contained 12 tracks, with additional appearances from Lil Uzi Vert, Kanye West, Don Toliver, and more. Production wa also included by Kanye and The Neptunes.

Now, Pusha is on his way to having a very solid first week, and his first number one album. According to Chart Data, Pusha is aiming for number one on the Billboard 200 chart, with between 50,000-55,000 units sold. Morgan Wallen’s 2021 “Dangerous: The Double Album” is also in contention for this top spot. This week’s number one position was held by a return of Tyler’s The Creator’s “Call Me If You Get Lost.”

Its Almost Dry was a long time coming, as this is Pusha’s first album since 2018’s “Daytona.” At the time, it debuted at three, in the US.  It’s Almost Dry has received plenty of praise from fans on social media as well, as they continue to be into his lyricism and hard-huffing coke raps.
