As the weather has finally warmed, there are several albums due to be released, among them the solo debut album from Pusha T. My Name is My Name is the album’s title and the album has been anticipated since 2011. When Pusha T signed with G.O.O.D. Music, he got off to a fast start with “Trouble on my Mind,” featuring Tyler, the Creator.
Yesterday, Pusha T leaked a song off the upcoming album. With no artwork for the single, the Virginia rapper released “Numbers on the Boards.” Buzz is currently high for Pusha T, so the single release came right on time. In conjunction with MTV Jams, Pusha T is headlining the “Life is So Exciting” tour with Fabolous.
Both Pusha T and Fabolous were present when MTV News interviewed the former about his upcoming album. Putting the final touches on My Name is My Name, Pusha T also talked about his new single. Pusha T told a story about Kanye West and the song, which he did last week.
