Early, in the spring of 2005, Pretty Ricky debuted with “Grind With Me” and it became one of the summer’s biggest hits. Just like that, the Miami group took over the game. At a time when R&B groups were on the decline, Pretty Ricky was the only new group out.

Pretty Ricky proved to be popular, as it showed there was still a market for groups. However, they wound up being the last of a dying era, as their later music didn’t catch on the same. In 2007, Pleasure P wound up launching a successful solo career.

Recently, Pretty Ricky stopped by “The Breakfast Club,” where they had a hilarious conversation. DJ Envy is still out, so Charlamagne Tha God and Angela Yee held it down, talking first about Amber Rose. The group would also speak on their music, rumors, Spectacular’s investments, “Love & Hip Hop Miami,” and more.
