Polo G has had an amazing 2021 for himself, as in the spring, he had his first number record, with “RAPSTAR.” The Chicago rapper also released his third studio album, “Hall Of Fame,” in June. That went on to debut at number one, on the Billboard 200 chart, which was also his first number one project.
Polo recently dealt with another arrest, in Los Angeles, last week, on a gun charge, but was freed, after one night. His next court hearing will take place in January. In the meantime though, Polo is making more big moves for his family, with his success.
Polo took to Instagram, to reveal that he recently bought his grandmother a house. He explained how he used to hell her, when he was younger, that he’d get rich. Polo didn’t think it’d come from rapping though, as he thought it would’ve been something such as basketball.
“I finally just closed on buyin my granny a house🤞🏾when I was a lil boy I used to tell ha I was gone get rich & make it happen when I grow up…I used to think I was gone do it from hoopin or sum😭Who woulda thought bad ass Lil man man was gone b a rapper lol….this sh*t hit different tho.”
Polo has been extremely consistent as an artist, as his three albums have been released, over the last two years. Each release had a higher debut, than the other.
