PETA calls out Kanye West for using skinned monkey cover art, for “Eazy” song, featuring The Game

Kanye West’s new “Eazy” collaboration featuring The Game, is officially here. For now though, it is only available to be streamed on Spotify.

Earlier this week, Kanye and The Game teased the collab, as Ye posted the cover art, which displayed a skinned monkey. The caption also read “MY LIFE WAS NEVER EAZY.” Fans have since been showing Eazy a lot of love.

Now, to no surprise, PETA is calling out Kanye, for using this cover art, for Eazy. They posted a photo of Kanye on social media, as the image said “When you remove the fur, you can’t miss that there’s a being in there.” The organization also blasted the rapper, in their IG caption.

“The disturbing image of a skinned monkey that @kanyewest shared serves as a reminder that there’s no real difference between humans and other animals. Their lives aren’t easy when we abuse and kill them for food, experiments, clothing, or entertainment — they’re not ours to abuse for any reason. #EndSpeciesism”

Kanye hasn’t responded to PETA yet, but he definitely seems unfazed, by the backlash. Check out PETA addressing him, below.
