On Facebook, Patty Phillis Fox’s name has become widespread, due to a post made by Christian Alvarez, a contractor. Fox’s family hired Alvarez’s company to do some work at their home. However, the family was unsatisfied with the work.

Leaving a bad review, Christian Alvarez took to Facebook to tell his side of the story. He accused Patty Phillis Fox of calling his team “monkeys,” threatening to call immigration on them, and never paying. After seeing the Facebook post go viral, the Fox family is speaking out.

Patty Phillis Fox’s family said Christian Alvarez is lying about not being paid, showing a receipt where they paid him $4,800. They say they never mentioned his, or anyone in his crew’s race, that their disagreement is all about business. The photos above are how they say Alvarez left their yard, after they paid him, and he breached their contract, but the family admitted to calling Alvarez a “criminal,” saying he was for taking their money, but then not completing the job.
