It looks like the LA Clippers’ Cinderella season is coming to an end. Ironically, former franchise player, Chris Paul, is the reason it’s over. Frustration got the best of Patrick Beverly, who decided to shove Paul, as he stopped the Clippers’ rally.
Patrick Beverly is one of the NBA’s toughest defenders. He often makes life miserable for the league’s best point guards. Beverly has had memorable games against the likes of Steph Curry and Chris Paul, the latter of which has gotten him in trouble.
As the Phoenix Suns are eliminating the Clippers from playoff contention, Patrick Beverly made some noise. Before Chris Paul makes his long-awaited NBA Finals debut, Beverly shoved him. Because of that, fans dragged Patrick Beverly, some even calling him a “b*tch,” for shoving Paul down to the ground.
