Omi In A Hellcat was arrested by FBI for $30 million digital piracy scheme and is facing 514 years in prison; YouTuber speaks with local news about it, saying he did nothing wrongEarlier this week, Omi In A Hellcat shocked the internet, when he was arrested by the FBI. The footage went viral, as his home was raided. Adding to that, there were photos of FBI agents pushing Omi’s face into the floor of his own house.

Exactly what Omi In A Hellcat did was unknown to the public. They couldn’t figure out what kind of crime he committed that could lead to such an arrest. Also, due to it being federal, many didn’t believe that he was out on bail, while awaiting the next step.

Omi In A Hellcat, as it turns out, had a digital piracy scheme, where he was streaming DirecTV, HBO, and other forms of media, illegally. This scheme made him around $30 million, as he charged $15 a month. Because of this, he was arrested, facing 514 years in prison, but he told the local news he did nothing wrong, and was actually relieved by the arrest, as he now knows what to do next.
