Proving he could sell records, Eminem was granted his own label, Shady Records. When he launched his own label, Eminem signed his crew, D12.

Obie Trice was known by Bizarre and he was soon added to Shady Records. A fixture in several music videos, Obie Trice became well-known. But, in 2003, all eyes were on him, as fans learned of his own unique sense of humor in “Got Some Teeth.” Obie Trice proved to be a hitmaker, but three years passed before his next release.
