Last month, Normani released her first single since 2019, with “Wild Side.” This also featured Cardi B, as this was a collab that fans had been waiting to hear for a while. It went on to debut at number 14, on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
Wild Side continues to be one of the biggest songs in the US, as fans also hope for Normani’s debut studio album to finally arrive soon. Recently, she was interviewed by The Morning Hustle about this record, and there was a bit of an awkward moment.
Normani was asked what she prefers between morning and late night sex, and she opted to want to move on to the next question. The interviewer explained how the song is titled Wild Side, so the question was fitting. Normani ended up saying how “music is an escape.”
