Coming into this year, fans knew Nicki Minaj intended to return with more music. She spent the year of 2013 only promoting her businesses and doing a handful of features with other artists. This gave the people a real opportunity to miss Nicki Minaj and she took full advantage of that in 2014.
Nicki Minaj announced The Pink Print as her album title early in 2014 and released the first single by the spring. The new single, “Pills N Potions,” was a big hit during the early part of the summer. However, the end of the summer and into the fall/winter was when Nicki Minaj got her big hit in “Anaconda.”
The Pink Print is an album fans have waited all year for and Nicki Minaj has dominated the game while making fans wait. The wait is almost over, but Nicki Minaj hasn’t given up everything. Last night, Nicki Minaj released the deluxe album cover on Instagram and the release date is December 15.
